An Eighth share of beef, most of the time fits in a regular house freezer\/refrigerator combo.<\/p>\n

We sell in eighths, quarters, halves or whole animal beef shares.<\/p>\n

For a quarter share, we would equally divide the half share in to 2.<\/p>\n

For an eighth share, we would equally divide the half share in to 4.<\/p>

If the hanging weight of the steer is 800 pounds, which breaks down to
Whole would be 800 lbs x $6.95 = $5560
Half would be 400 lbs x $7.45 = $2980
Quarter would be 200 lbs x $7.95 = $1590
Eighth would be 100 lbs x $8.45 = $845<\/p>

We have been averaging around 800 lbs hanging weight for a whole share lately. Around 400 lbs hanging weight for a half share.<\/p>\n

Around 200 lbs hanging weight for a 1\/4 share. Around 100 lbs hanging weight for a 1\/8th share. <\/p>

You are buying your share of the animal in quantities of one eighth, one quarter, one half or a whole. It will be processed in a custom process facility, <\/p>\n
