FAQ

  • How do beef shares work?

We are selling in animal shares. You are reserving a share of an animal and we take care of the whole process for you. This includes, processing and packaging of the beef, ready to be picked up at our farm. This beef is processed for your household consumption and not to be resold. We take reservations for the share size you would like and then we take it in to processing. After we take them in, the processing and the hanging takes 2 to 3 weeks. We will keep you posted throughout the process and when it’s ready for pickup we will notify you.
