Cuts include but not limited to… Ribeyes, t-bones, porterhouse, sirloin, sirloin tip, tri-tip, flank, skirt, Picanha, cube steak, flat iron, brisket, Osso buco/soup bones, chuck , short ribs, rump roast, bottom round roast, top round roast, eye round, london broil, chuck tender, shoulder tender, Denver steaks, stew meat and ground beef.

All of the shares are divided equally, giving you a variety of cuts. This process gives you the opportunity to get and taste all the different cuts of the animal and different flavor profiles.
